If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please email us at custsvc@beautyfresh.com within 14 days from the day of receipt.
Our Customer Services colleagues will access the eligibility and authorized the returns/refunds accordingly. The item has to be in original condition, unopened and unused.

- A copy of delivery note or order confirmation
- Return Authorization (sent from Customer Services)
- Reason for returns
We will contact you regarding product delivery. The refund will be processed within 3 working days, in the form of store credits to your BeautyFresh account.
