For a soft glow, use the precise blending brush to lightly dust the highlighting powder on the cheekbones or anywhere you want to add a glow. 

If you're looking for a high-impact finish, spray the bristles of the brush with water and dip into the highlighting powder, then apply directly onto the cheeks. Layer with blush if desired. 

For luminous eye looks, use the eye shadow brush to sweep across lids and under brows
